Summer Communications Intern, Audubon on Campus Program

Sharodon Jenkins earned her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Langston University. During her time on campus, she produced a documentary to help bring awareness to veterans and black business owners, while also being an executive intern producer for Focus: Black Oklahoma where she had her own segment discussing about the obstacles Black women face while obtaining higher education. These projects pushed Sharodon to step into leadership and use creativity outside the norm. She always looks to build up her community and is dedicated to showcasing their stories creatively, such as through video testimonials.  Sharodon recently launched Shaii's Hive, her blogging site that advocates for young adults facing obstacles.
