Karla Noboa

Karla Noboa is the Institutional Giving Manager for Audubon Americas. Based in Philadelphia, PA, Karla has been at National Audubon Society since 2022. Karla has eight years of experience securing and stewarding donors from various foundations and corporations, as well as expertise in event and volunteer management in support of environmental sustainability, conservation, and education.

Prior to joining Audubon, Karla was the Corporate Partnerships Manager at River Network, where they secured nearly $2 million in corporate support in just under two years. Karla is also the past Board President at Feminist Bird Club and a volunteer birding event leader for Feminist Bird Club and Philly Queer Birders. Karla is a dedicated birder and naturalist with a degree in Natural Resource Ecology from the University of Vermont, and has great enthusiasm for connecting people with nature and communicating science to the public.
