Poly Martinez

Poly Martínez is the Communications Director for Audubon Americas. Based in Bogotá, she joined Audubon in 2021 with the aim to elevate Audubon’s visibility and engagement in core countries where it applies strategies for the conservation of migrant and endemic species. With a B.A in philosophy and a M.S. in political science, she has extensive experience as a journalist and editor in print and digital publications. She has also served as an international press correspondent, opinion writer, and analyst in radio talk shows.

As a communications consultant, Martínez has worked with local and international NGOs, start-ups, and multinational companies where she has shared her expertise in external and internal communications, change-management communications, corporate culture, and crisis management.
