Megan O’Hare
Chief of Staff
Megan O'Hare serves as Audubon’s Chief of Staff. In this role she serves as a strategic advisor to CEO Elizabeth Gray. Prior to joining Audubon in 2023, Megan dedicated nearly six years to The United States Institute of Peace, where she served as Chief of Staff and led the Management Team for a nonpartisan, independent public institute established by Congress. Earlier in her career, she served as Chief of Staff for various healthcare organizations in Chicago. Megan also brings extensive experience in developing global operations, programming, and policy for international NGOs and domestic nonprofit organizations.Megan holds a BA from Lock Haven University, a MA from Arcadia University, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
